I've been purchasing from Mr Big Deals for three or more years now. Never had a problem that wasn't resolved on the spot. I travel over 100km for my pickups and sometimes traffic is lighter than I planned for. If they can't accommodate me they apologize!!! Everyone there is polite and their service is beyond anyone's expectations.
